Overview:
We invite you to join a two-part interactive workshop series designed to help you create and lead powerful listening sessions with the people who matter most, such as community members, employees, customers, students, or patients.

You’ll learn how to plan and lead meaningful listening sessions that surface honest feedback, reveal needs and ideas, and guide next steps in your work. Whether you're working to improve services, shape policies, enhance programs, or strengthen relationships, this series will help you gather ideas and feedback you need to move from listening to action.

You will have the opportunity to practice and apply your learning through small and large group discussions with other participants and the facilitators. You’ll explore topics such as empathetic listening, crafting questions and structures, gathering feedback, and making sense of insights to create informed, thoughtful, and actionable plans.
