Cancellation/Refund Policy: Should you need to cancel, please notify our office at least five (5) business days prior to the program for a refund. If notice of cancellation is received in our office less than five (5) business days prior to the start of a synchronous program, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the program. The full registration cost will be assessed if you fail to attend without canceling. For asynchronous programs, no cancellation refunds will be given after five (5) business days from the date of purchase. Courses and events are subject to cancellation or postponement if registration minimums are not met (typically 10 registrants). Refund options will be made available to participants if cancellation or postponement occurs.

Enrollment: Participation in educational programming through the Center for Professional Training and Lifelong Learning is open to anyone. If there are specific prerequesities or requirements, they will be noted on the individual course page.
