A free ROBUST 3.0 Training (Rural Optimization of Behavioral Health for Underserved Settings and Trainees). ROBUST 3.0 addresses the significant need to expand the behavioral health workforce and strengthen practitioners’ integrated behavioral health (IBH) knowledge, particularly with a focus on children, adolescents, and young and older adults at risk for mental health, trauma, and behavioral health disorders. In this workshop, participants will learn to identify behavioral health needs and opportunities in rural communities from a strength-based, bottom-upperspective, gain experience with the Community Capitals framework for assessing rural community resources and opportunities, and identify strategies to build and maintain collaborative networks that promote culturally responsive behavioral health in rural communities.
