Duluth Climbing Camp - June 15-19 & June 22-26 - For ages 9-14
Get ready for an unforgettable week of climbing, adventure, and outdoor fun! Designed for ages 9–14, Climbing Camp is perfect for beginner to intermediate climbers looking to take their skills to new heights—literally. Campers will learn essential climbing techniques, including knot-tying, rappelling, and route-finding, while gaining confidence on routes up to 5.8. We'll start on the indoor wall at CSS, then head outside to climb at some of Duluth’s local crags (within a 20-30 minute drive from campus). All climbing gear is provided, and personal equipment is welcome with counselor approval.

Due to the travel required for this camp, campers must be dropped off by 9 am and will return to campus at 3:30 pm. Late arrivals or early departures are not possible. Each camper must bring a backpack, water bottle, lunch, snacks, sturdy shoes, and rain gear (a jacket is a minimum).

Week 2 note: This camp will visit the same locations as last week. Campers will have an opportunity to challenge themselves by trying different climbing routes and focusing on skill development.

North Shore Climbing Camp - July 13-17 - For ages 10-15
During this adventure-filled week, campers will have the opportunity to build on their climbing skills. Designed for ages 10-15 as a step-up in technical skills and locations, the Northshore Climbing Camp will take students to some of the Midwest's most iconic climbing destinations, including Silver Creek Cliff and Tettegouche State Park. After refreshing our skills at the indoor climbing wall or local crag, we will venture up the shore to climb along (and above) Lake Superior. No prior skills or knowledge are required; however, we recommend that campers attend one of our Duluth Climbing Camps to introduce them to rock climbing. All climbing gear is provided, and personal equipment is welcome with counselor approval.

Due to the travel required for this camp, campers must be dropped off by 8:30 am and will return to campus at 3:30 pm. Late arrivals or early departures are not possible. Each camper must bring a backpack, water bottle, lunch, snacks, sturdy shoes, and rain gear (a jacket is a minimum).

Duluth Outdoor Camp - July 20-24 - For ages 9-14
Get ready for five action-packed days of outdoor adventure! Outdoor Duluth Camp is designed for youth ages 9–14 who love being active, trying new things, and exploring the outdoors. Each day blends fun, movement, and skill-building through a variety of outdoor activities in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Campers will paddle local waterways in canoes and stand-up paddleboards, explore trails on hiking adventures, and learn some first-aid skills that build confidence, awareness, and leadership. We may even sneak in a little bit of rock climbing! Along the way, campers develop teamwork and problem-solving skills and a deeper appreciation for the outdoors—no prior experience or equipment required.

Due to the travel required for this camp, campers must be dropped off by 9 am and will return to campus at 3:30 pm. Late arrivals or early departures are not possible. Each camper will need to bring a backpack, water bottle, lunch, snacks, sturdy shoes, water shoes (old tennis shoes work), swimsuits, a towel, and a sun shirt/rash guard (recommended).
